We reserve the right to update, modify and improve the specification including colour of any product without notice. PRICES & ORDERING
ALL PRICES QUOTED EXCLUDE VAT & EXCLUDE DELIVERY CHARGES
When you place your order we will check the details. You will receive an email receipt of your order, this confirmation will detail the estimated lead time to despatch of your completed order.
NOTE THAT WE ARE A MAKE TO ORDER SERVICE AND THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 20 WORKING DAYS (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS) TO RECEIVE YOUR GOODS. IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER FOR A SPECIFIC DAY YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND OBTAIN OUR WRITTEN CONFIRMATION THAT WE CAN MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
We accept ALL bona fide council, NHS and other local and national authority official purchase orders, we offer special account payment terms for these customers.
ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: IMPORTANT NOTE
Once you have placed an order you will receive BY RETURN an email (sent to the email provided at our checkout). The email will provide you with a short summary of what you have ordered. If you do not receive this email, it may mean that the email address you have entered was incorrect, the email account cannot be reached or the order was not successfully received.

PAYMENTS
For non account customers payment terms are ‘Payment with order’ – please select the “Pay now with card” option at the checkout and pay using our secure payment service provided by SAGEPAY.
If you wish to pay by cheque or by BACS please select the “Pay by cheque” option and we will send you/email you an invoice.
Lifetime Education Ltd. is the name that will appear on delivery notes, invoices and your credit/debit card statement, or bank statement.
Please make cheques payable to “Lifetime Education Ltd”. Cheques made out to “Spaces4Kids” are also acceptable.
BACS/Bank transfers to Lifetime Education Ltd: Sort Code: 40 32 01: a/c 82013916: (Ref) Use invoice number/web site generated order number as reference.
Statutory Authorities (e.g. Councils, Local Authority Schools, PCTs etc.), should call 01777 869044 or write to open an account.
Account payment terms are strictly 30 days net.
Private schools, private day nurseries, playgroups and other privately owned or independently funded care-giving organisations:- can also open 30 day account, a “school credit account”with a £500.00 – £2,000.00 inc. vat credit limit following the placement of THREE initial “Paid with order” purchases over £250.00 ex vat and following the receipt our completed account application form submitted with two trade references. If you would like a “school credit account” application form please request one subsequent to your second completed transaction.
All payment information will only be used for that transaction and will be securely processed by our bank card payment system operated by Streamline. We will not store your financial information, but may store your contact details and may send you details at future times with offers unless you ask us not to.
SUPPLY
We guarantee all our products for one year from the date of purchase and offer a no quibble, repair or replacement guarantee for all parts and labour. You can rely on the fact that the product we make for you is to the highest standards. Our terms and conditions will adhere to the sale of goods act and distance selling regulations. Most items in our range we make to order here in the UK, for this reason WE DO NOT offer refunds or sale or return. Please ensure you have measured the space in which you are going to use the product and have contacted us to ensure you have all the necessary information available prior to making your purchase.
Designs are similar to the products displayed on our web site but colours may vary and we reserve the right to update our designs without notice.
Any returns that may be accepted except under guarantee may attract a £25.00 ex vat per package restocking charge.

DELIVERY INFORMATION AND POST AND PACKAGING CHARGES
1. POST & PACKING CHARGES
(Apply to mainland UK only) Surcharges maybe applied to island addresses (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands): For all locations outside the UK, packing and delivery charges are by individual quotation – please contact customer services info@spaces4kids.co.uk
From time to time there are carriage paid offers.
There may be re-delivery or restocking charges if you are not in to receive a parcel or if you return it to us. See below.
A number of our soft play sets are shipped in two three, or four packs. There is a post and packing charge per pack, but you will not be charged more than £25.00 ex vat per order. Our post and packing charges are: £12.50 ex vat first package per order, £7.50 ex vat second pack, £5.00 ex vat third pack.
Small items post and packing is £5.00 ex vat per order.
2. DELIVERY TIMES
(all quoted times are approximate and we will not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control e.g. post, couriers or freight carrier errors).
As most supply is on a “made to order” basis it can take up to a maximum of 8+ weeks at peak times of year (Feb to June) and up to 4-6 weeks at other times for us to make your goods. If you need fast service or need delivery for a particular date please call send details with your order – if we can we will deliver next day.
We will deliver to any address in the British Isles and Northern Ireland. We use national carriers, such as Parcelforce who do not deliver Saturdays or Sundays, unless by special arrangement, extra charges will apply if you want delivery at these times. Normal in transit time is 2-3 days from despatch from our premises.
If you have a special requirement please make sure we know about it at the time of placing your order.
A signature is required for delivery. If our carrier is not able to receive a signature when attempting to deliver your parcel, they will leave a postcard. You are responsible for phoning the number on the postcard to arrange re-delivery or you may wish to pick up your parcel from your local delivery office (please take ID with you).
3. RE-DELIVERY CHARGES
If a consignment gets sent back to us because you did not contact the carrier, a re-delivery charge of £12.50 ex vat per item may be applied.
4. RETURNS NOT UNDER GUARANTEE
Any returns except under guarantee may attract a £25.00 ex vat per package restocking charge. I.E. we may charge you £50.00 ex vat to pick up 2 packages, £75.00 ex vat for 3 etc etc. If the goods are NOT received back in “re-sellable, good as new” condition you will be charged the full value of the original invoice. We want to ensure the goods you have received are those that you ordered and that they are in first class condition, if you have any problems/issues please contact us on 01777 869044
5. DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
All goods must be inspected on receipt. If we have not been notified of an error or problem within 7 days of a signed receipt of a delivery we will assume the order has been accepted.
