Summary: A good quality smaller ballpool for toddlers.

Comprises (with sizes): 4 x ballpool sides, 900mm (l) x 250mm (h) x 100mm thick . Overall size: 1100mm square (outside dimension) Inside dimension 900mm sq. 1 x unpadded PVC base mat. 250 x 75mm diameter balls .

Materials Specification: Covers: sewn, split resistant. Includes: printed 100% abrasion resistant polyester – warm to touch, non-sweat, wipe-clean, urine resistant, waterproof, latex free, phthalate free, FR. and wipe clean latex & phthalate free FR polyurethane and vinyl (PVC) coated nylon/polyester. Plastic mirrors: non-shatter impact resistant safety plastic permanently sewn in. Foam filling is CMHR fire retardant and CFC free. Fire Specification: BS7176 Contract Furnishing (low risk) cigarette and match. Primarily intended for indoor use.

Playballs: Balls: Soft 75mm diameter hollow plastic playballs to EN71. The constituent materials that go into making playpen balls are all FDA approved. From the colourants through to the special mix of LD and LLD plastics (which includes a UV inhibitor), they are carefully chosen to ensure no degradation from UV sunlight and that they conform to stringent US and European flammability and toxicity legislation.

Use/Safety Notes: All pool sides join with tabs and on the base with hook and loop fastener strips. Suitable for temporary/occasional use outdoors on non abrasive safe surfaces in dry conditions. Store indoors in dry conditions. Remove shoes before play.

Other general use and care guidance: “eco-Play” dyed printed waterproof polyester coated fabrics don’t look or feel like they are wipe clean & waterproof but they are! The matt finish is comfortable, inviting and warm to the touch. Being fire retardant, latex free, phthalate free, urine and abrasion resistant means that this fabric is practical as well as kind to skin. All print image designs are permanently print dyed into the fabric with non-toxic inks. The colours will remain bright through the years and the fabric remains friendly to skin.

Washing and Disinfection: (all surfaces): Cleaning a whole piece: Do not immerse in water. Leave filling in place. Clean outer cover with water & washing up liquid and a dish cloth. Rub vigorously on ground in dirt. Towel Dry. Spot cleaning: Customer comment: “in practice we found that supermarket brand baby wipes work really well on small areas of dirt and grease”. Disinfection in situ: may be carried out with hand hot water and a neutral detergent or with a sodium hypochlorite solution (0.1% or 1000 parts per million available chlorine). Proprietary disinfectants may be used provided manufacturer’s instructions are followed. All cleaning agents and disinfectants, must be thoroughly rinsed off and the item dried before use or storage. Failure to do this may result in the accumulation of reagent that could damage the waterproof coating, or negate the biocompatibility results of the “eco-Play” fabric. Drying: Air or towel dry after all cleaning procedures and before use and storage.

Storage: Avoid excessive pressure and contact with non-colourfast materials. Store indoors in dry conditions.
